OR AS SOME WOULD CALL IT QUARANTINE FALLS.

willow falls has always been heralded as the home for america's "advanced" society. at some point it must've been a town worthy of the title "willow falls" but now it stands as an overpopulated, too small, decrepit slum. the people who are most familiar with the place have taken to calling it "quarantine fallls." despite all this, however, the city has maintained relative peace with the non-powered community. but lately, tensions have risen, the city dividing into two camps. one side is willing to compromise with the non-powered community through peace and one side has taken it upon themselves to take the rights they so deserve by force. those who cry for peace have been called "the day dreamers" and those who take through power have been called "the night stalkers". each one share the same goal, with different means of reaching them. what hangs in the balance of these two groups is nothing short of all out war.

so now that know the stakes are you a day walker?, a night stalker?, or a human?
